Vaughn Neuroh
Vaughn Neuroh received his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2002. While at IUP, he performed with the Marching Band, Symphony Band, Concert Band, and Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble.
Following graduation, he taught middle school and high school in Virginia and Delaware before joining the U.S. Navy in 2004 as a tuba instrumentalist. During his time in the Navy, he was stationed with Navy Band Northeast and Navy Band Southeast. He performed in the Brass Quintet, Concert Band and Ceremonial Band. During this time, he attended further training to become a sound technician and was assigned to the popular music group and jazz ensembles. He was also a music arranger for the Brass Quintet and Woodwind Quintet.
After his time in the Navy, he attended University of North Florida and received a Master of Health Administration in 2011. This led to his career moving back to the Navy as a civilian working with acquisition planning and managing the purchase card program at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast in 2014. He later attended Webster University and received a Master of Science in Procurement and Acquisition Management, along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management in 2017. In 2022, he was promoted to his current position as the purchase card manager for Naval Air Systems Command.
His performance credits include the Northern Neck Orchestra, Keystone Wind Ensemble, University of North Florida Concert Band, and currently with the Saint Augustine Concert Band.
Mr. Neuroh and his wife Jennifer have been married for fourteen years and have two amazing sons residing in Jacksonville, Florida. You can often find the Neuroh family enjoying trips to Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and traveling onboard Disney Cruise Line.
